The apartment is situated on the first floor, there is a balcony outside the lounge which leads up to a fabulous 60m2 private solarium which covers the entire apartment below .
The solarium is furnished with sunbeds, sunshade , table , chairs , concrete barbeque and running water.

There are 2 bedrooms , one double and one twin bedroom. There is also a further slide out single bed for a fifth person.
There is a well presented bathroom with bath with a shower and bidet. Bath and hand towels are provided, please bring beach / pool towels.
The kitchen is bright and well equipped , including oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer , washing machine and ample, saucepans, crockery and cutlery  (see Inventory).
The apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning and entertainment is provided by the television  and sound system ( radio , cd) . books and games are on hand for your enjoyment.
Children are always welcome and a cot , highchair and childrens eating utensils are provided.

The apartment is ideal for families or one to two couples, active or otherwise. If you are a party animal this is not for you.
