El Pinar de San Gines is nestled in the hillside less than 500 metres from the unspoilt beach at La Azohia, with a couple of miles of promenade.

Within 10 minutes walk there are a couple of restaurants/bars , a small supermarket and a pharmacy.
Other restaurants are a few minutes in the car , as is Isla Plana which has further shops , bank and restaurants. Some of the restaurants are not open outside the summer months.
Puerto de Mazarron is 10 minutes drive with several supermarkets , more shops and plentiful restaurants .
Historical Cartagena is 20km away .
Murcia airport is 45mins in a car . Alicante and Almeria airports 1.5 hours (in opposite directions).
